There is no minimum order for retail buyers. For wholesale pricing, a minimum of 500 sq ft is required. We welcome both small home orders and large commercial projects.

Standard orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days. Large or custom orders may take 15–21 days. Delivery to most Indian states takes 3–5 days after dispatch. Export orders take 2–4 weeks.

Absolutely. You can share a reference image, color code, or sketch and our artisans will recreate it. Custom orders are accepted for quantities above 100 tiles and take 10–15 additional days.

Athangudi tiles are best suited for dry floors, living rooms, courtyards, and walls. For wet areas like bathrooms, they can be used with proper sealing treatment. We advise consulting our team for wet-area applications.

Clean with a mild soap solution. Avoid acidic cleaners. Apply linseed oil once a year for the first 3 years to maintain the sheen. Tiles naturally become shinier with foot traffic and age — unlike ceramic tiles that fade.

Yes! We can ship up to 5 sample tiles for a small courier charge. Contact us on WhatsApp with the designs you're interested in. Sample cost is adjustable against your final order.

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and cheque. For export orders, SWIFT wire transfer is accepted. 50% advance is required for custom orders, balance before dispatch.
